Using StudioSolid
StudioSolid helps creative teams organize client contacts, projects, deliverables, feedback, review states, approvals, and related activity. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe an account or workspace has been accessed without authorization.
Workspace owners and authorized users are responsible for deciding who may access their workspace and for ensuring they have permission to enter information about clients and other people.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the information and materials you submit to StudioSolid, including client details, project descriptions, deliverable links, comments, feedback, and approval records. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use that content.
You grant SOLIDWORK STUDIO LLC permission to host, process, and display your content only as needed to provide, maintain, and support StudioSolid. StudioSolid does not acquire ownership of your content through these terms.
Plans, billing, and renewal
The applicable price, currency, billing interval, and included limits are shown before a purchase. Where a paid subscription is available and purchased, it renews at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled before the next renewal date.
Payment options are offered only when displayed in the checkout available to you. Reviewing a plan or entering a workspace does not by itself create a paid subscription.
Service availability and changes
We may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue parts of StudioSolid. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Acceptable use
You must follow the StudioSolid Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, compromise accounts or systems, distribute malicious material, or interfere with other users.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect StudioSolid or its users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. You may request cancellation or account closure by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as StudioSolid changes. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
Support and operator
StudioSolid is operated by SOLIDWORK STUDIO LLC, formed in Wyoming, United States. Questions about these terms or the service may be sent to contact@studiosolid.tech or directed by phone to +1 (307) 999-4816.
