Account information may include your name, email address, password credentials in protected form, and workspace name. Workspace content may include client contacts, project details, deliverable descriptions and links, feedback, review states, approval records, settings, and activity history.
A custom-plan request may include contact details, company name, team size, project volume, storage needs, client-access requirements, integrations, support preferences, and any notes you submit. If you contact us by email, we receive the address, message, and other information you choose to include.
How information is used
We use information to provide and maintain workspaces, authenticate users, organize projects and reviews, record requested actions, respond to inquiries, evaluate custom-plan requirements, protect the service, diagnose problems, and comply with applicable obligations.
Workspace and client information
Workspace users decide what client and project information they enter. If you add information about another person, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to do so and for using it consistently with your agreements and applicable law.

Security
StudioSolid uses safeguards intended to protect account and workspace information, including password hashing and signed HTTP-only session cookies. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Information is retained as needed to operate the service and maintain workspace records. Because retention needs may depend on the type of record and applicable obligations, this policy does not state a fixed retention period.
